Overview
A 3PL operator running twenty Yandex Market sorting centres needed a place for partners and a place for its own operations. We designed and built both: a website that sells the partnership, and an internal portal where shift schedules, time sheets, payroll and the daily metrics of every centre live together.
Twenty sorting centres, over five million orders and ten million scans a month — all in one portal.
Shifts, time-sheet validation, 1C reconciliation and payroll share one screen: a site manager sees every brigade, every shift and every discrepancy at a glance.
