Overview

A concept for a CRM built for renovation companies — from the first request to the final handover. Small contractors usually run on a messenger, a spreadsheet estimate and the foreman’s memory. Here the pipeline, estimates, sites, the warehouse and the crews live in one place, and the client sees the same progress in their own app. The service, company, clients, addresses and prices are fictional.

The home screen answers the owner’s four questions — how much we earn, how much is in the pipeline, who owes us, what’s on fire — then shows the sites and today’s crews. The chart follows the conventions of modern developer dashboards: smooth lines, one tooltip, nothing extra.

01

A pipeline with the chat inside

Deals move between stages like cards, each column shows its sum and odds of closing. The client conversation lives inside the deal, in a side panel like a support chat on a website — nobody hunts for the estimate in a messenger.

02

An estimate that counts itself

Work quantities follow from floor and wall areas, materials follow from the work with a cutting allowance. The markup slider shows both the client price and what the company keeps; every version of the estimate is saved.

03

A site the client can see

Stages as a timeline, photo reports with an acceptance checklist, budget against actuals. The crew shoots the same room from the same spot at every stage, so the before-and-after is a photograph rather than a diagram.

EntryUI concept; the service, company, clients, addresses, rates and prices are fictional. Every screen also renders in English — the mockup swaps its language with the site. Fonts: Unbounded and Manrope, SIL Open Font License.
